How am I needed?

Are you passionate about combating food waste and a whizz at excel? Then The Felix Project needs your help!

Alongside their normal daily operation, the charity is now undertaking a project of weighing and recording all produce that moves in and out of their warehouse each day. For this, they need an extra 3 volunteers per day, in addition to their normal daily operational need of 22 volunteers.

What you can expect to be doing:

• Weighing and recording all surplus food that is collected from suppliers and redelivered to charities local to Park Royal;
• Using excel and some basic data inputting;
• You may also be asked to support the warehouse team with the normal operation too, unloading, loading and sorting produce.

This task is of great importance and will enable the charity to place some actual quantitative figures against the produce that they redistribute to charities in West London.
